Jun 3 - Sep 30 Farmer's Market

 
Enjoy the fresh/healthy locally grown produce from our area Farmers every Wednesday starting June 3rd thru Sept 30th. The Farmers Market will be in the front parking lot of the Oscoda Area Chamber of Commerce located on US-23 (just before the bridge into Oscoda). Wednesdays from 9am till 2pm.

Jul 18 True Clors Classic Car, Truck and Classic Motorcycle Show

 
All day event- Free Admission for Spectators. This is a must see event to benefit the Veteran's Memorial Park located on the former WAFB. Car, Truck and Motorcycle show, Food, soft drinks and water will be available in the 'mess tent'. Entertainment to begin at 11:30 am (A Salute to the Superstars). Sep 10 - 13 Wurtsmith Air Force Base Reunion

 
Friday Sept. 11th, Patriots Day 1:30pm. There will be an opening ceremony held at Wurtsmith Air Museum for guests of the reunion. Reunion dinner to be held at the Oscoda Community center at 7pm. Saturday, Sept 12th the 2009 Michigan Air Tour featuring 30-40 private planes will be arriving 3-4pm. 4pm a presentation will be held. Public is invited to attend. Sunday Sept 13th the annual pancake breakfast will take place starting at 6:30am. It is open to the public and the cost is $6.00. The breakfast will be held in the museum hanger. Oct 2 - 31 Old Orchard Park Annual " Haunted House & Hayrides"

 
Every Friday & Saturday night from 7pm to 10pm in October, Old Orchard Park brings out the best of Halloween scares on a hayride through the woods and a very haunted house.
